XP2 Deployment - Disable Security Center and Firwall - Also preconfigure for no pop-ups

I am attempting a silent push distribution of XP SP2 to workstations.. I
have to disable Firewall and Security center. I have settings figured out
for notification disables from Security Center.
SO far when the install finishes and I reboot , I get the "Help Protect your
PC" message.. I want to pre configure this so it will not prompt.
After logging in Security Center pops up, and it shows Firewall is enabled.
I do not want this to pop up and want firewall disabled.

Any ideas?

Hi,

The "Help Protect your PC" message screen will not show up if you
install SP2 in unattended mode (using command line parameters) as
GPO, SUS, or SMS installation of SP2 does.

See "Deploying Windows XP Service Pack 2" here for
documentation on the command line parameters:

Windows XP Service Pack 2 Deployment Information

You can disable the SP2 firewall with a couple of registry settings
(can be applied before or after the installation of SP2):

To disable the Security Center, you can run the following command after
the SP2 installation is finished, but before the computer is rebooted
(add the command line switch /norestart to the SP2 installation command
to suppress the reboot):

sc.exe config wscsvc start= disabled
