the issue i have is kind of annoying

ive tried running my recovery disc but it doesnt seem to help

the computer runs fine in normal mode but anytime i try to run xp in safe
mode, it either shuts down right away in the process or loads for a few
seconds in safe mode..and then shuts down...when i restart i have to wait a
few minutes before turning the computer back on..if i try right away, it
powers on then off

ive read online it could possible be a trojan keeping certain files from
running safe mode

so im kinda stuck any tips/suggestions would be very helpful

reply here or to my email

Did you run a thorough scan on your machine to make sure it's n't a Trojans
or other malicious software installed causing this issue!

Can we have the exact wording/verbatim of the error please!
Open a Notepad, customize or minimize to the taskbar as you will need it
later for this step to copy the error message on it.
Open a run command and type in:
eventvwr.msc click [OK] you will get the Event viewer control Panel.
click on each of these:
Application
System
Security
Look in the right Pane/window for error message with red (X) or Yellow
exclamation mark /!\ , double click each one to get more info about the
causer.
On the Event error properties message you will see:
Up Arrow
Down arrow
Two pages
Click on the two pages to copy the error message then bring up the Notepad
you opened earlier and right click on the first line and select Paste from
the list, this will paste the error message on a Notepad.
Please don't duplicate the error message one of each kind will be sufficient.

All Allan but one of each Kind (meaning if the error repeated then no need
to repeat it in the copy and paste)!

All Allan but one of each Kind (meaning if the error repeated then no need
to repeat it in the copy and paste)!

the issue i have is kind of annoying

ive tried running my recovery disc but it doesnt seem to help

the computer runs fine in normal mode but anytime i try to run xp in safe
mode, it either shuts down right away in the process or loads for a few
seconds in safe mode..and then shuts down...when i restart i have to wait a
few minutes before turning the computer back on..if i try right away, it
powers on then off

ive read online it could possible be a trojan keeping certain files from
running safe mode

so im kinda stuck any tips/suggestions would be very helpful

reply here or to my email
