XP wont install

I installed linux and then I wanted to format... so I did. Then I installed
windows XP and after I restarted it kept giving me the eroor "Error loading
Operating System" so I re-formated and installed again over and over and it
still wont work. Linux does, but windows does nto.

You need to do an FDISK /MBR..

I have done that! I went to the recovery console and done "fixmbr" "Fixboot"
after it gave me this messsage. Is there anything else I can do?
