i have found sumin simaialr like when u copy file form a
xp towin2k its very slwo btu fast other way round have u
looked if u have virus protection on the win2k whch scans
file as its saved to the win2k ?
Simple things like check DNS & Networking settings, remove /turn off
caching.What sort of ping times do you get between wkstn & server? What sort
of hub switch do you have between wkstn & server? Some more info wouldn't go
astray.
