XP w/SP2 and W2K Dual Boot

....does not want to work. It keeps saying that the W2K install is corrupted
and needs to be repaired. You repair it, then the boot process will tell you
that XP w/SP2 is corrupted. Round and round...

Can XP w/SP-2 and W2K not co-exist? I could not find any documentation on
MS's Site....
