XP upgrade

I am trying to upgrade from Windows 2000 Pro to XP Pro, I
already have a key on my Dell computer for XP Pro, but the
XP upgrade is not accepting this key, please advice.

Check Dell tech support pages they have documentaion on
this very upgrade. That failing call them. I have found
thier tech support to be very good and very helpful. And
as long as your system is still under warranty should be
no charge.
