XP upgrade asks for msoffice data1.msc during upgrade

Has anyone run across the problem during a upgrade from W2K to XP pro
where the setup is looking for the data1.msc for office? I have
started to upgrade W2K boxes and for every upgrade it looks for the
file and of course can't find it during the setup, since networking is
diabled at this stage and the setup was run from an administrative
share. I tried running the upgrade with the dudisable switch w/o any
luck. I'd really like to have the upgrade not ask for the data1 file
(which I cancel out of anyway), because I have to babysit the upgrade
in order to hit the cancel button.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Dan
