Xp updates, can they be downloaded remotely?

Hello,
Xp updates, can they be downloaded remotely from another
pc??? ie: not the pc intended to be updated.
Got broadband at work you see.

Use the Windows Update Catalogue, or visit the KB
articles or full security bulletin and follow the links,
or search for them at microsoft.com/downloads
