XP Update

I bought this new pc and im trying to update xp so since
2 weeks till now im stuck at this one i keep on getting
it i download it and install it then it popup with the
lil baloon on tha desktop asking me to download/install
it again Update for Background Intelligent Transfer
Service (BITS) 2.0 and WinHTTP 5.1 (KB842773 i did this
like 234823 time allready i even downloaded by itself
from the download section i dont know wht to do i cant
seem to get pass it to update my xp
