XP & Tweak UI Issue

I'm using Home edition & recently updated to the new
power toy. I saw it had the remote registry added and
must've activated it by accident. I wanted to uninstall
it but NAV shut it down for a malicious script. I used
NSW to remove and wipe it from my system. Now I have
admin$ and ipc$ shared folders in computer mgmt. with
remote rights. I only have one computer. How do I get rid
of them and gain administrator rights back on my computer?

I did when I originally wanted to remove it and the
system restore couldn't do it to the point which was when
I installed it. I had a backup of registry before that
but am denied access to the registry now so it won't
install. And, I wiped the tweak ui with Norton because it
said it was a malicious script, meaning I turned off
system restore at that point and ran a system virus check
to remove all signs of the potential virus or worm. Now,
I'm left with a remote administrator and am unable to
scan folders with Norton on my stand alone computer
because it thinks it's in a network envirnment.
