Tweak UI

Gentlemen,
You have always answered my Questions and straightened out my
computer.
I have another problem and I am THANKING YOU IN ADVANCE for all
your help.
I have down loaded Tweak UI's " Power Toys" for Windows XP
Prof. and when I try to install it I get this message:
The procedure entry point, " Get Dll Directory W ", could not
be located in the dynamic link library Kernel 32.Dll
Am I missing something to let Tweak UI load ?
I would appreciate any and all help that you could give me.
