xp theme not working in Access

for some reason the xp theme is not working in MS Access, any idea why?

I have changed the theme back and forth to see if it would catch with no help.

There have been lots of reports with problems between Access and XP Themes,
with no real resolutions having been found.

You talking access 2003? Your windows xp box has to be at release sp1, or
greater for this to work....

Thus, if you just done a "clean" windows xp install with no updates, then
themes will not work......
