changing themes

have xp pro -- was working my way through MS Publishing Access Step by Step.
Under autoformat section there is a suggestion that you can change the theme
(apparently to the background image installed on a form) by going to control
panel/display and when I've changed the theme I'll see it the next time I
open autoformat.

the problem - according to windows help I'm to open control panel/display
and under the "Theme" tab click a new theme .... in display there are the
following tabs - Desktop, Screen Saver, Appearance and Settings ... there is
no "theme" button/check box/etc. under anyone of these tabs.

what am I missing?

You're missing the Themes tab, of course. A Google search found this
