XP Theme after deployment

I create manifest for XP theme for my applicatoin and run in my local PC
successfully.
e.g myApp.manifest...
After Deployment, and run the setup in other PC. XP theme didn't work.
Does anyone know the reason ?

Why not use appication.enablevisualstyles instead of a manifest.
