Hi Mel,

Sounds like the programs area has been sort of collapsed by the added
taskbars. First, right-click and make sure the Taskbar is not locked. To
either the left or the right edge of the Taskbar should be a line or marking
of some type, sort of like a divider between areas. Hover over this with the
mouse until the cursor turns into a set of opposing arrows and then click
and drag the line over to expose the area that was covered. It may help to
tell if this is working if you have a couple of programs open so there will
be something on the Taskbar to see. Good luck.

sorry to be such a pain but this isnt working. the
dividers will only drag if there is two toolbars open
such as quick launch and wmp, if only one is open the
dividers wont budge. and if u close that remaining one
the taskbar vanishes, its like its been minimized at the
bottom of the screen and u can get the opposing arrow
cursor when hovering over it but again it wont budge when
u try and pull it up the screen.
