win Xp taskbar

ever since adding the quick launch and WMP toolbar to the
taskbar open files dont appear in the taskbar so to
change between windows i have to open task manager. have
tried removing quick launch and WMP but the taskbar
vanishes, to get it back i need to open a toolbar. please
help its driving me crazy

** Initiate the tool, select "Hide or Show the Taskbar" under the Task Bar and click Show button.
