XP Startup

I am getting the following error messages.
"Zapro.exe/rundll32.exe/winlogon.exe (all three separately
but the same message) - Unable to locate component. The
application has failed to start because IMAGEHLP.dll was
not found. Re-installing the application may fixe the
problem." After I click OK a couple of times my system
seems to run fine. Is this is driver problem?
 
Go to run,type:Msconfig
Windows start-up programs will show,chk any unchked boxes
 
I also have lost my printer in addition to the below
original message I posted. When I go to add a new
printer, I get an error "Operation Could Not be
Completed". Any thoughts?
