XP SP2 Upgrade

Ever since installing SP2 my computer gets a fatal error
every once in a while. I get a blue screen, says it's
erasing my harddrive and i quickly turn the pc off. Then
when i reboot it says your pc experience a serious
problem and it works fine, until the next time. Any
suggestions?
