XP SP2 Install Shutting Down System

I have a PC that every time I try to install XP SP2, the system shuts
down halfway through the upgrade. I even disabled the anti virus software and
it still did this. I have over 80 computers and this is the only with this
problem. Is there something about XP SP2 that would cause this? How can I
complete the upgrade on this PC.
