xp sp2 givng error

i have windows xp sp2 it is troubling when i start system. it shows the
error message
"BEGINING OF DUMP OF PHYSICAL MEMORY
PHYSICAL MEMORY DUMP COMPLETE"
and it stopping the system. then what i should be do.?

Login to windows in Safe Mode, if you can not boot into Normal.

1. Right-click My Computer and choose Properties.
2. Click Advanced tab.
3. Click Settings tab under Startup and Recovery.
4. Here set the option to (none) under Write debugging information.
5. Mean while, you can also uncheck those options under System Failure:
Write an event to the system log
Send an administrative alert
Automatically Restart

if that doesn't help then this could because of bad RAM. Replace your RAM
and see if the error still occurs.
