computer keeps crashing. This time with:- BSOD

stop :0x0000008E(0xc0000005,0xbf801932,0xEF144EB4,0x00000000)

win32k.sys-Address BF801932 base at BF800000,DateStamp 43446a58

Beginning dump of physical memory
Dumping physical memory to disk:14

However it did`t proceed beyond this point. I rebooted and the machine
seemed OK. This problem occurs frequently

See what Event Viewer has in it's log. Select Start button/ select Run , then type in

eventvwr.msc<enter>

-- or Go to Control Panel / Performance and Maintenance/Administrative Tools >Event Viewer.

Review the sections and look for Errors or Warnings that match the time the event occurred.
Double click---the information "may" give a clue.

i assume it is the latest zone alarm as i installe dit a couple of weeks ago
however there were similar errors whilst norton antivirus and firewall were
installed.
