XP SP2 and Office SP1

I am preparing to install XP SP2, and I am also planning to install Office
2003 SP1, as well as Visio, Project, and OneNote SP1. I am wondering if there
is any information on deploying the service packs, and perhaps if one needs
to be deployed prior to another. For example, should XP SP2 be deployewd
prior to the Office service pack? Or vice versa? Are there any issues or
prolems associated with SP2 and Office SP1? I have looked on the Office site,
and on MSDN,TechNet, and the SP2 site, but I have observed no references to
the two service packs together. If someone can tell me if there are possible
problems with deploying all of the service packs in a given order, please let
me know.

Thank You

The usual advice is to install older 'stuff' before newer 'stuff' to prevent
newer .DLLs, etc from being overwritten by older ones.

There is no prescribed sequence. Officially you can install the
stuff in any sequence, and I believe that the Windows service
pack does not interfere much with the Office service pack.

Apart from that I agree with the information you already
got---install oder stuff before newer stuff. To express it
differently, try to do what most others do. Swim mainstream.
