XP Embedded SP1: were to find it.

Hello,

We have several machines running Windows XP Embedded with no service packs
installed which have a problem. This problem does not appear on machines with
SP1 installed.
Where can I download Windows XP Embedded Service Pack 1?
I looked for an hour but the only hits I found were evaluation versions of
SP1 and SP2.
If you can help me, please answer the following question as well:
Do I need a serial number installing SP1. I looked at a thin client but I
cannot find a serial number anywhere (also not in the inside).
