XP SP1a error

Hi

I'm having a problem installing Windows XP SP1a.

About halfway through when the installation is installing the files, it all
stops with the error message "Cannot create a file when that file already
exists".

It then uninstalls itself.

I've also tried installing in Safe Mode, but I end up with the same problem.


Is there anyway around this?
