XP-SP 2> keep re-booting

Windows-Based computer will not boot into Windows XP and invoking Safe Mode
does not fix the problem.

I have tried Safe Mode Safe Mode with Networking, Safe Mode with Command
Prompt, Last Known Good Configuration or Start Windows Normally. Regardless
of the option I choose, the same screen appears time after time.

This happened, while I was online. There was no new hardware or software
installed or downloaded.

BIOS recognises the Hard drive

Manufacturer did not provide the installation CD and I did not create the
Boot disc prior to curretn failure.

I could probably re-format HDD from recovery CD's I created, but that option
will erase all data on HDD.

I cannot use recovery console, as I did not create boot disc. I have tried
MSFT onlin support for creating one,it only allows to create this on Floppy.
I donot have floppy drive on my laptop. It has writeable CD that I can boot
from.

To take this a little furhter, I have tried a 3rd party recovery software
(ERD Commander). I can boot off this CD, able to get to their windows like
graphical interface with options to go to Console (Command prompt), disc
management utiilities, file repair, system restore and few other options, but
none able to access HDD to repair it.

The command prompt takes me to the E:\i386\system32 (files on supplied cD)
but it does not recognise C:\ , although,it does recognise factory
partitioned drive D:\ with intact files.

Disc management utilities or system info shows that Logical drives C: and D:
are healthy and C: is active.

I have contacted the manufacturers, they refuse to send me boot disc or XP
SP-2 installation CD.

Any help, where to go from here will be greatly appreciated.
