upgraded from win 98 to xp home edition, then installed
standard for students and teachers, removed standard for
teachers and teachers due to program installed on laptop
and could not be installed on home computer. No 98 or xp
software now on computer. Do i need to remove xp and
reinstall 98 then reinstall xp home edition or what do I
need to do ?

If your XP Home CD is an upgrade, then just boot from that and at some point
during the install process it will ask you for your Win 98 CD as proof of
your ability to upgrade. Put it in, take it out when prompted, and off you
go!

Will, Standard for Students and Teachers is a Microsoft
program that contains, outlook, excel, etc. for students
and teachers to use. Thanks Carroll
