XP slow login

I have a new workstation P4 2.4 gHz that came with XP on
it. When I login to my domain it takes up to 30 seconds
to get into Windows. My previos workstation was Windows
2000 OS with P3 1000mHz processor and login time was
about 2 seconds. Any ideas what causes this?
