I just bought a new laptop and was going through windows setup when all of
the sudden my computer shutdown. Now after Windows finishes loading a black
screen pops up and i get the message, "The system is not fully installed.
Please run setup again." I then click ok or exit and the computer loads again
only bring me back to this same message. I called Toshiba seeing if they had
any solutions but they said to return the computer. I do not have any system
recovery or windows xp cd's..any help?

A sudden shutdown may be indicative of faulty hardware.
I would suggest returning the unit to Toshiba for repair
or replacement.
