Using XP Home Setup floppys - File \biosifno.inf cannot be loaded.

Trying to boot up wth the Windows XP Home Setup Floppys to get to the
Recovery Console. I'm working on a Toshiba Satelite portable, using an
external USB floppy drive. I am getting an error with Disk 1 (Boot Disk)
that says:

File \biosinfo.inf cannot be loaded.
The error code is 32768.

The setup stops and prompts to press any key to exit.

I tested these setup disks on my desktop when I made them and they loaded to
the Recovery Console just fine.

Any help is appreciated GREATLY.

Thank you for your reply. I had already read this article and it did not
apply. I am booting clean from the Setup floppys and not with a Windows XP
install disk...
