XP setup created unknown passwords

Can't access the the program from logon screen after doing
a fresh install. Have 3 different user names but setup
never asked for any passwords and now it won't let me
logon without typing in a correct password. Never got any
password screens while running setup. At the end of setup
i created 3 user names only, was never asked about
passwords. Reboot and can't get into XP, even in safe
mode as admin with no pass is a no go also. Checked the
setupact.log file but there aren't any user password
entries in there either. any suggestions?

The passwords are blank. There is no passords. Make sure you change this
after you finally do get to the desktop. You can change the way users log
on (so they will/will not be prompted for passwords) or you can just change
the passwords in Computer Management.
