Hi If you use the "Network Installation" setup file (134 MB), you do not need to be online. Service Pack 1 for WinXP can you find under Network Installation here (a 134 MB download, same file for Pro and Home): http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/pro/downloads/servicepacks/sp1/default.asp
