XP restarts or fatal error message

Hello, I have recently frequently had windows restart
unexpectedly. Usually it just restarts on it's own, but on
a few occasions the following message appears on all blue
screen;

"STOP: c000021a Fatal System Error
The Windows subsystem system process terminated
unexpectedly with a status of Ox c0000005
The system has been shutdown (ox77e60fff Ox0069e1dO)"

Can anyone point to the source of the problem from this
message please?
