winXP BSOD message...

Sometimes my computer will reboot and I receive a BSOD
message as follows:

Stop: c000021a {fatal system error}
The windows subsystem system process terminated
unexpectedly with a status
of 0xc0000005 {0x00c7f224 0x00c7eef4)
The system has been shut down

Can anyone diagnose what this may be?

Look at this article;

See MVP Jim Eshelman's web page for STOP errors at
http://www.aumha.org/win5/kbestop.htm and click on the "21a: Process
Terminated" item near the bottom of the left side column.

Note that GoBack is one possible cause of this problem.

Good luck
