XP/ Restart/ Roxio?

When I click restart, XP shuts down but won't restart automatically.
I've read this is due to Roxio being installed.
There's no fix on the Roxio web site.
Is there a XP solution?

I'm running Roxio here without any problems. Have a look at the following links:

The pages didn't help.
This happened on a new Dell Laotop imediately after installing Roxio 7.
It happened to a friend on his desk top afterinstalling Roxio 6.
Maybe its not the Roxio program.
Other than rolling back, Is there another remedy?
