Win XP restarts automatically after shut-down

Hello,

I have upgraded to Win XP from Win ME and it restarts
after I shut-down. I found out the problem - it is due
to my old version of Roxio's Easy CD Creator V 4.02,which
is not compatible with XP. I have downloaded the updated
driver from Roxio's web site, however, I cannot install
the update - it says "No qualified Roxio product can be
detected" when I double click to update.

Please HELP!!!

Have you tried re-installing roxio and then running the
updates? When I updated win98 to xp that was all I needed
to do. Hope this helps.

Run this first:

Save the file below to your hard drive. Navigate to where you saved it and
double click the file. A confirmation dialog will appear when the script is
done. You may need to reboot for the change to take effect.
