XP Pro / svcpack 2 Blue Screen

Installed svc pack2 last night, all went well...
Upon reboot of the machine, I got a blue screen that noted if this was the
first time you had seen this screen simply reboot your machine.
I did that and I get the screen
STOP c000021a Fatal Error.
I can not get past this error (Blue Screen)
Any ideas, is there a place I can download a XP Pro Boot Disk, so I can at
leaset get to the OS to do the XP restore from the previous point.
Any ideas..

Thanks, I'll take a look.
However, how can I even get past this screen to do any of the deletions of
files that I noticed in your response.
