xp pro - & sp2 & amd64

hi all,

i am currently running xp pro on a pc with amd 64 bit processor. sp1 is
installed, but i have not installed sp2, purely because i read somewhere
that there were issues with 64 bit processors and sp2.

does anyone know if those issues have been resolved and is it now safe to
install sp2 on a pc running a 64 bit processor?

I am running SP2 on 3 AMD Opteron processors and have had no problems on any
of them.

SP2 is 100% compatible with the AMD 64.
