XP Pro restart

My P4 XP Pro machine has just developed a prolem. After
about two mins it just re-starts it's self.
I have sent the "eror" report to Microsoft and they
returned that it was a problem with "Smart vision" and the
web link took me to the NEC japan web site, big help.

I am using a Medion machine and to my knowledge have
nothing made by NEC.

Has anyone got any ideas.

Sounds like it might be your video driver. Do you have an NEC adapter or
monitor? Sorry, I have never heard of Smart Vision, do you see a program by
this name on your computer?
