XP Pro removal

I need help. I installed the same purchased copy of the
XP Pro update on 2 computers. This is the first time
I've used any kind of Windows product and didn't know
about the activation process. Truly I didn't intend to do
anything wrong. I would just like to return the 2nd
computer-an eMachinesT2385-to its original installed
Windows Home Edition-I can't afford the second license
right now. Can I do this and how?
 
You'll need to format and reinstall WinXP HE - there is no downgrade path
from WinXP Pro to WinXP HE.
