XP Pro Reboots After doing a "system state" backup using NTBackup

Hello,

Can Someone help me for this prob. i.e WIN XP PRO SP2 reboots continuously
(after about 30 mins). This happened when I did a "system state" backup using
the built-in NTBackup utility. In eventvwr I receive a "Save Dump" error. and
I can't do any thing to stop XP from rebooting (I have read past threads
concerning this issue but did not found any concrete solution). What can i
do...apart from reinstalling XP?

Thanks everyone in advanced!

[Current system specs: WIN XP PRO SP2, office 2003 std, oracle d2k,
jre1.5.0_05, onboard vga-intel graphics.]

Hi there XP Nerd,

How many DIMM modules do you have in your PC? Is there any chance that you
may possibly be able to remove one?

Also, lets do something different. Go to
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...69-57ff-4ae7-96ee-b18c4790cffd&DisplayLang=en
and download the Windows Server 2003 Resource Kit Tools. Open a command
prompt and navigate to the directory that the installer put the tools in and
do a pmon. Post the results in here. Just to rule out the possibility of a
memory leak.

Best Regards,

~Will
