XP Pro Bluescree: "Bad Pool Header"

Got a little big Problem with my XP.
After booting the OS shortly after Logon, i get a
bluescreen telling me: Bad_Pool_Header
STOP: 0x00000019 (0x00000020 ...)
Does anyone know this one and knows what to do?
