BAD_POOL_HEADER

Hi,

I'm runnining an athlon 64 bit processor on a Gigabyte GA-K8VT800 PRO
motherboard with Windows XP Pro & Sp2.

When I install my wireless network card Netgear WG311V2 I get the Blue
Screen of Death with the following message:

BAD_POOL_HEADER and near the bottom of the screen the following string;

STOP: 0X00000019 ( 0X00000020, 0X81CE4C90, 0X81CE4CA0, 0X1A020001 )

Does anyone have any suggestions, I ve downloaded and installed the latest
drivers from Netgear.

Hi Tom,

Might want to try an older driver version, as that error means a driver
incompatibility. Sometimes reverting to an older version helps.
