XP Pro Backup Utility Scheduled Sessions Don't Run

I have XP Pro and make weekly backups to 2nd hard drive. I can do them manually using the Backup Utility, but it will not run the scheduled sessions I have setup. Any advise would be appreciated.

This fix applies to Outlook and other programs that store passwords
in the Protected Storage System Provider sub-branch of the Registry.
It also corrects some issues with Internet Explorer and Autocomplete.

| The information was helpful so I could find out why the backup was not running.
| Here is the error message from schedlgu.txt:
|
| "Dicks stuff.job" (ntbackup.exe) 7/7/2004 9:00:00 AM ** ERROR **
| The attempt to log on to the account associated with the task failed, therefore, the task did not run.
| The specific error is:
| 0x8007052e: Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password.
| Verify that the task's Run-as name and password are valid and try again.
| [ ***** Most recent entry is above this line ***** ]
|
| All recommended actions in the original response were followed. I entered my password when I origanlly
scheduled the backups. The program does not give any indication it is remembering my entry.
|
| Next suggestion?
