Windows XP Backup Utility

I am trying to set up scheduled backups using the Windows XP Backup Utility
on my desktop and laptop computers. However, I keep getting an error message
saying access is denied. The error message reads:-

"An error as occurred while attempting to set task account information.
The specific error is:-
0x80070005: Access is denied.
You do not have permission to perform the requested Operation."

What is causing this as there is only myself and my wife who use the
computers, and we both have administration rights? Is there a fix to
overcome this problem.

I am also asked to enter a password during the scheduled task set up
procedure.
Why is this necessary, and would I need to enter it every time the task runs.

I can do a backup manually.

Regards

When you schedule the task, specify "Administrator" for the account to be
used by the task, and enter the correct password for "Administrator". The
password must not be blank.

The 0x80070005 is an access denied message -
One of the most common causes of this erroÑ code is
the Anti-virus and Anti-spyware software programs
running on the computer.

You can try turning them off and then try the back-up again.

Keep the fiÑewall on though.

Is this just for system restore , or laptop and desktop recovery ?
