XP printing pop message "Now Printing"

Is there a way to eliminate the XP pop message that happens everytime
something is sent to the printer?

That's a default message, if you eliminate it your document will not be
spooled to the printer. Don't you want to know if it is printing or not?
Many people do.....:~)
