XP Photo Printing Wizard

I was wondering if anyone knows how to make Windows XP Photo Printing Wizard
to have the pictures in inches not in cm. Right now if I print a picture
this way a 5X7in picture says it is a 13X18cm picture and that is slightly
bigger than a 5X7.
Please if anyone can help that would be great

Err..... we appear to have a region problem here, mine displays in inches...
and I'm in the US.

Your's appears to display in cm..... what country are you actually located
in... and what country does your PC think it is in?
