I have 5 machines all using windows XP home. One of the machines we have
shared out a folder and the other 4 computers connect to it. Normally all 4
machines can connect to the 5th but sometimes when someone reboots they are
not able to reconnect to the shared folder. We get the error "An erro
occurred while reconnecting to T:\\. Microsoft Windows Network: No more
connections can be made to this remote computer at this time because there
are already as many connections as the computer can accept. This connection
has not been restored." If I reboot the machine that has the shared drive
then all 4 machines can connect again. Why is the host machine not releasing
prior connections? Thanks for your help
