XP login problem with Novell Netware

I have a problem with 2 XP workstations...

When you turn on these workstations, the Windows login
prompt comes up....

All other workstations, the Novell Netware login prompt
comes up.

I need the Novell login to come up first, so that a
network can be selected.

Please e-mail me at (e-mail address removed) if you respond to
this question.

Thanks in advance.

DON'T USE THE LATEST NOVELL CLIENT!

The last stable version of the Novell client is 4.83sp1. The latest is
4.9 and it's a pile of cr*p, so is 4.83sp2. Novell is no better than
Microsoft with regards to breaking more things than fixed with patches
and updates, in fact in many ways much worse.

Regedit this:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon

change the data for the key GinaDLL from MSGINA.DLL to NWGINA.DLL

Sometimes after installing the Novell client Windows reverts that key
data back to MSGINA.DLL for unknown reasons.

Thanks for Dan S for the following fix

Had to make a change in the registry:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows
NT\CurrentVersion\WinLogon

(key)
GINADLL had to have its value changed to nwgina.dll

Thanks again Dan S!!!!
