Windows login windows

At work we have this problem with some DELL Optiplex GX280's running on a
Novell Netware 5.1 network. When logging into the system the Novell windows
comes up, enter your name and password, next comes the Windows XP
workstation login window. Here you have a check box if checked will use you
Novell password as your Windows password. The problem is the box is grayed
out. The other problem is the login name is always the name of the first
account created. It will not change if you use another account.

Any solutions to this?

Thanks

If you are the sysadmin, check with Novell tech support. If you aren't
the sysadmin, tell IT about the problem and they will check with Novell
tech support.

I am, and have checked Novell's KB. I recall someone saying once in this
group it's a registry hack in a couple places. I found the one for
defaultUser but not the grayed check box.
