XP installation Error message: setupdd.sys connot be loaded error 4

Im getting the following error on XP installation Error message: setupdd.sys connot be loaded error 4 on boot disk #3. I have an adaptec 2940w SCSI card but the SCSI CD ROM is not being recognized so I cant boot from CD.

I don't think its a compatibility issue because I used this SCSCI CD rom in another system of mine using Windows XP pro.

After I swapped out one of the RAM sticks, I had no problmem, smooth XP install.
